DOL Gives Businesses Second Opportunity For WOTC Job Tax Credits

The U.S. Department of Labor is rethinking its rejection of applications from businesses to the Work Opportunity Tax Credit involving people receiving supplemental Social Security income. New guidance from DOL allows companies to resubmit these WOTC applications from 2014 to 2016 to be reconsidered for tax credit.
